My husband and I have been together for 21 years. We used to go out a lot more, but when we became parents, scheduling date nights and babysitters got a lot harder. We don’t get many date nights in these days, but I always try to have an idea on-hand, just in case! Our favorite date nights over the years have been yoga and happy hour and another night, we did a woodburning & wine class in town.
And sometimes evening dates don’t work, so we try to do lunch dates while our kiddo is in school. These usually just involve eating lunch at a favorite restaurant or going for a hike with our dog.
