Back to Basics: Navigation Basics
Location: Jeffco Open Space Headquarters 700 Jefferson County Parkway, Suite 100, Golden, CO 80401. The program will take place in the Ponderosa Room.

Times: Presentation 6pm to 7:30pm; Q&A 7:30pm to 8pm
Program Description: This series is all about building your confidence as a visitor to Jeffco Open Space Parks, enhancing your skills, and fostering a deep connection with the natural world. In this session we will see how compasses and maps work together, learn to read and understand topographic maps, and explore hardware and software navigation technology.
Age group: All ages. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.
