You and your family are invited to the Pinch Pot Party! Everyone can make their own pinch pot and learn new techniques together. We'll start at the beginning learning the basics of how to make a pinch pot. For fast learners, we'll learn carving and other techniques to make your pinch pot become a bird, plant, fish or anything else you can dream up!
Our second week will consist of glazing or painting our pinch pots after they have gone through their initial firing. Pinch Pot Party participants will be invited to come pick up their finished pots at a time convenient to you about 1-2 weeks after our second class (after the final firing). This is a GREAT introduction to the ceramic process for kids and adults!
This workshop is open to all ages. Ticket price is per participant (anyone making a pinch pot!), family/friend helpers are free of charge =).
