Come join us for an OUTDOOR Custom Parade on the Yellow Brick Road! The UMCE Youth Group are hosting a Wizard of Oz Costume Parade. Goodie bags will be provided until we run out. Masks are required for all over 3 years old. Social distancing will be honored.
