Evergreen Park & Recreation District offers Summer Camps for youth ages 3 to 16. Some of our 2024 themes include Summer Adventure, Outdoor Climbing, Gymnastics, Science and Technology, Sports, INSPIRE (Special Needs), Lake House, Chess, Challenger Soccer and more!
Here are some fun examples:
Challenger Soccer Camp: Challenger Sports is excited to announce the launch of a brand new, innovative fully integrated soccer camp that will accelerate the learning process of young players! Each day includes individual foot skills, technical drills and tactical practices, small-sided games and coached scrimmages, and a daily World Cup tournament.
Chess Camp: "The Knight School" Ages 3 - 12: A summer ches, s program that offers an amazing combination of chess lessons, laughter, and fun chess tournaments for kids, in this kid-centered classroom environment, we teach our kids every cool trick, strategy, opening, and tactic in "chessdom" and our kids soon learn to love and master chess!
Cheerleading Camp: This fun camp will be filled with cheering routines, jumps and basic tumbling sure to bring out lots of smiles and giggles!
Circus, Variety and ARTnastics Camps: This popular camp will be an introduction to partner acrobatics, aerial fabric, juggling and hula hooping and campers will learn how to climb, pose and swing on the aerial fabrics
