This group is for a caregiver or parent (new, stay at home, work at home or outside) that simply enjoys walking with your little one and meeting new friends. As a first time mom, this group was created to focus on walking, being outside with my baby and keeping fit. This is a casual group for someone who wants to stroller walk on paved paths or neighborhoods. This group is not meant to compete with other groups that enjoy hiking, running, or climbing with your children. If you want a walking partner around town, this is a group for you!

Anyone can request to join the Facebook group and new members are reviewed and approved. Little ones can be in a stroller, carrier, bike, on foot, on a bike, etc. Our group is mostly moms and caregivers, but there are a few dads in the membership.
One to two hour walks are planned at Buchanan Park, Stagecoach Park, Genesee Park paved bike trail and other local parks. Events are planned during weekdays and weekends. Events are also planned for mom’s night out, play dates, library story times and other fun activities around town. All members are encouraged to attend planned events or set up meeting times that work with their schedule. Due to our ever changing Colorado weather, walks may be cancelled/postponed for snow and rain. Please check the Facebook Page for updates on weather cancellations.
