It’s hard to believe that Kids Garden Evergreen just passed our one-year anniversary. What started as a small, hopeful idea, creating a flexible, nurturing place for children to learn and play, has grown into something truly special, all thanks to the families and kids who have trusted us along the way.
As we head into summer, we’re excited (and honestly a little emotional!) to launch our second year of summer camp at Kids Garden Evergreen. We’ve created a program that reflects everything we’ve learned, loved, and dreamed about during our first year.
🌞 What Makes Kids Garden Summer Camp Special?
Our summer camp is designed for kids who love to move, create, explore, and wonder. Each week centers around a playful theme and blends:
- Art, sensory, and maker projects
- Outdoor hiking and water play adventures
- Science, nature, and hands-on discovery
- Plenty of unstructured time to just be kids
We keep our groups small and our days flexible, offering single days or full weeks, with half-day, full-day, and extended-day options, because summer schedules should work for families, not the other way around.
🌱 Built From Our First Year of Learning
Our first year open taught us so much. We learned how powerful it is when children of different ages learn side by side. We learned how much kids thrive when they’re trusted, listened to, and given real choices. And we learned just how important community is, between teachers, families, kids, and our broader Evergreen community.
Summer camp is a celebration of all of that growth. It’s playful, flexible, a little messy (leave the mess with us!), and deeply rooted in the values that shaped Kids Garden from day one: curiosity, creativity, kindness, and connection.
