Looking for a way to celebrate Earth Day 2024? Grab your friends and families for Evergreen Parks & Rec District’s second annual FREE community-focused event that brings residents and local organizations together to give back to the planet we call home: Earth Day Evergreen!
Welcoming of all ages and abilities, the event will take place at Evergreen Lake House Park. This year will include a litter clean up with Keep Nature Wild, and “Sustainability Street”, featuring your neighboring businesses and organizations! You can even bring soft plastics to be recycled at the event! Please see here for a list of acceptable items to bring:

NEW DATE: Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Evergreen Lake House 29612 Upper Bear Creek Rd, Evergreen, CO
- 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Litter Clean Up: We will provide bags and gloves. Feel free to bring trash grabbers and buckets in lieu of bags!
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM “Sustainability Street” and Community Fun: nature-focused activities, education, and giveaways will be hosted by a variety of local like-minded organizations!
- 12:00 – close Evergreen Downtown Partners: The celebration continues with several local businesses offering discounts to event volunteers for the day!
*Be prepared with outdoor appropriate attire: shoes/boots and long pants are recommended, as well as water and a hat or some form of shade.
