I am "all in" when it comes to technology. I have and use an Apple Watch daily, I take exercise classes on my iPad, and my cell phone barely leaves my side. I love apps and have many downloaded on my devices. One of my recent favorites is the Jenny Craig app. This app is free to all Jenny Craig clients and for me is an important part of the Jenny Craig Rapid Results program.
This app is how I keep myself accountable. It tracks my menu for the day, my activity for the week, my weight and my nourishment period. Everything I need - all on my device - keeping me on track to success!
