- LOVE - being in contact with those we LOVE who also love us unconditionally
ALL of these RAISE your vibrational level, and OXIDIZE the body to fight DIS-ease.

It's challenging to do creative arts without being in person, but I've created some great solutions for stir crazy folks!
(College students, Kiddos and mamas included) We can use technology to CONNECT in this time of social distancing!
We have interactive social learning available, one on one lessons, creative collaborations, coaching and FUN!

HOW: All you need is a smart phone, iPad, tablet, laptop, etc. connected to the internet. We can use Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts and Facebook Messenger/Video/Live Streaming as well as YouTube.
WHEN: At your convenience! Times are available in 30 minute increments, EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK, with flexible scheduling.
