Cooking with Kids - After School Series at Castles & Kitchens

Students of all ages! Castles & Kitchens has a fun and exciting after-school cooking class just for you! Have fun, Learn to cook, and Eat great food!  Price is per person and includes drinks and recipe cards.

Kids learn nutrition, cooking skills, kitchen math and science and explore a new ingredient and a recipe each week. Three series are offered on a rotating basis. Completing these series will build confidence and creativity in the kitchen prepare students for healthy eating, self-sufficiency, and ... let's be honest -- Popularity!

Cooking with Kids - After School Series, September 5th through 19th

Class 1 Proteins: Chicken with lemon sauce (sauce, pan sauce)
Class 2 Grains: Rice Pilaf (cooking rice)
Class 3 Vegetables: Mixed salad & viniagrette dressing (knife skills)
