Evergreen Children's Chorale Presents: Cinderella Kids!

Mary Poppins Jr and Disney’s Cinderella Kids, two classic film-and-stage stories, will be performed this Spring by Evergreen Children’s Chorale, the foothill region’s premier musical theater group.
The timeless, “rags to riches” fairy tale Disney’s Cinderella KIDS, an adaptation of the treasured animated film, will be performed by Prelude, the Chorale’s younger group comprised of children in 2nd through 4th grades.
Beginning Friday, April 12 and running through Sunday, April 14, Disney’s Cinderella KIDS will be performed at Montessori School of Evergreen. ECC’s Company, featuring over 25+ talented 5th through 8 th graders, bring to the stage Mary Poppins Jr, a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious adventure based on the award-winning Broadway musical and classic Walt Disney film. Beginning Friday, April 26 and running back-to-back weekends through Sunday, May 5th, Mary Poppins Jr. will play at Evergreen’s Center Stage Theater.
This year marks a record for ECC’s Company, as thirteen 8th graders will graduate from the program. A special acknowledgment for these students, a majority being ECC members for over five years, will be held during the evening performance on Saturday, May 4. Since 1991, Evergreen Children’s Chorale has inspired and engaged young performers through quality experiences that create community and nurture a love of the arts. The Chorale’s talented team of directors include: Lindy Casados, Artistic Director; Gail Montgomery, Stage Director; and Lisa Cole, Director and Brenda Bartel, Assistant Director for Prelude.
