We live in such a tight-knit community, where relationships are important to everyone who lives here. How often do you have plans to quickly stop into the grocery store wearing ratty old sweat pants, hair not brushed, no make-up and think you won't run into someone you know. Doesn't happen often does it? For me at least, I always see people I know, especially when I am least expecting it. Even so, that is what I love most about our community... going to the grocery store and running into friends, acquaintances, or someone from your orthodontist office is a pleasure (even when I'm not looking my best). Our community is a tribe and I for one, love it!
With that thought in mind, I want to introduce you to a part of the Macaroni Kid Evergreen, Bailey and Conifer family, Williams Orthodontics. My daughter and I started our Invisalign® treatments with them a few months back and it didn't take long for us to realize that building relationships is important to them too. Patients are pleasantly surprised when they run into a Williams Orthodontics team member around town and they remember their their name when they stop to say hello - its just how they like to do business!

 | Dr. Williams Continuing education is very important to Dr. Williams and he attends several educational courses to stay on top of the latest appliances, techniques, and technology. He is a member of a local orthodontic study group, the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, and the Metro Denver Dental Society. After completing his orthodontic residency, Dr. Williams moved back to Colorado in 2003 and lives in Evergreen. He and his wife are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy skiing, mountain biking, road biking, and hiking with their two daughters. Dr. Bryan Williams has been selected by peers as a 5280 Magazine Top Dentist in the Field of Orthodontics for the past 11 years. |
 | Michelle Scheduling/Marketing Coordinator In addition to scheduling appointments, Michelle helps with marketing efforts, from coordinating office events to handling social media and informing the community about the services they provide. She does everything she can to create a fun and exciting orthodontic journey for their patients. Being part of patients transformations, and watching their whole life change as their new smile is created, is wonderful to Michelle.. Michelle is married and has one teenage son. Their family owns two art galleries in Bailey featuring all Coloardo/Local artians, so most of her weekends are spent there or teaching others about doTerra oils. When they have time, her family loves to travel, four wheel and try new adventures! |
 | Laura Treatment Coordinator The best part of her job is getting to know all new patients and their families. Laura goes over treatment details and financial information with them following their exam. She also takes pictures and other records for Dr. Williams to use as study models to develop the treatment plan. Laura enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and taking tropical vacations. You may see her at the local rec center playing volleyball. She also loves Siberian Huskies—let her know if you have one! |
 | Nancy Financial Coordinator Nancy manages the insurance and billing functions for patients, making sure that all the paperwork is correct and there aren’t any issues that will hold up care. She loves to be a part of helping people feel better about their appearance and creating amazing smiles for them, all while getting to know them and their families. She never knows what she's going to learn about each patient, but thinks it’s always fascinating! Nancy is married with two kids and two grandkids. She loves camping and photography. It’s not unusual for her to just take off on an adventure, with a camera in hand of course! |
 | Lori Clinical Assistant Lori's days are spent working with patients, guiding them through orthodontic procedures, and making sure they are comfortable throughout the process. Williams Orthodontics practice is focused on providing high-quality care, emphasizing the individual needs of each patient, and that means their team is always striving to go above and beyond in their work. Lori has worked in the dental field for more than 30 years, but believes seeing patients excited about their new smiles is something that never gets old! Lori has been married to her husband Charlie for 30 years, and have two grown children and two grandchildren. They spend their time with family and their two-year-old boxer. Whenever possible, they fly to Washington to visit with family or Maui to see their son. |
 | Kim Clinical Assistant Kim loves the relationships she makes with her patients. She takes great pleasure in seeing a patient’s smile transform during treatment and how each person’s self-confidence starts to grow. Each patient’s personality begins to come out and they’re excited to see the progress that they’re making. Kim feels its truly an amazing thing to witness! |
 | Ashley Clinical Assistant Ashley loves working with her patients and their families and making sure they have a wonderful experience at each visit. She spends her days working with patients, taking care of them during orthodontic procedures, offering education on how to keep their teeth healthy, and updating them on their smile’s progress. Kim was born & raised in Florida until 2016 when she decided to move to Colorado. Colorado has so many new things to offer, she and her boyfriend look forward to many adventures here. She really hopes to improve her skiing skills! |
 | Rylee Clinical Assistant Working with her patients and their families and making sure they have a wonderful experience at each visit is her focus. She spends her days working with patients, taking care of them during orthodontic procedures, offering education on how to keep their teeth healthy, and updating them on their smiles progress. The conversations she has with her patients are always interesting. Sometimes they make her laugh and sometimes they make her proud, and they always make her smile. |
