Have you heard the news? Ski season is set to officially begin Friday, October 13 when Arapahoe Basin opens it's doors!
I am really excited to welcome another season of family fun on the slopes. We spend a lot of time each winter at ABasin. My husband has been a volunteer paramedic for years, long before my daughter was born. Because of his generosity to help others our family has enjoyed the gift of skiing all these years. My kids learned to ski there and have spent many weekends on many runs while their dad worked to help people. Yes, my husband is a pretty great guy to dedicate a few days each month so that our family could enjoy skiing all winter long. Sadly this will be his last year as he has retired as a firefighter and paramedic. We plan to make the most of it though by hitting the slopes as often as we can before the snow melts in the spring. Because, well, life is best when you #findyourfamilyfun!
