If your little boys and girls are like mine were,  then chances are they are always eager little learners when it comes to dinosaurs. Lucky for us we have a place to go to learn about them from the experts!

Dinosaur Ridge is a fun park and museum to take the kids. They can burn off some extra energy by hiking the Dinosaur Ridge Trail. The trail is an easy 1.5 mile hike and features hundreds of fun things to stop for along the way. Kids will love to see the dinosaur tracks, bones and other features, each marked with an interpretative sign so you don't have to be the expert!

Kids will also love trekking through the Dinosaur Ridge Exhibit Hall. The entrance fee is $2 per person (kinds under 3 are free). This unique Trek Through Time is designed so that you get to experience differing environments and learn about what lived in our community and world in prehistoric times.

The Discovery Center serves as a visitor center on the west side of the ridge. Here you can find exhibits of unique animals and plants that lived in Colorado 68 million years ago.
