Moms are really great at what they do. They are responsible for taking care of so many things, including making and keeping doctor appointments for the family, keeping house, cooking, laundry, entertaining and driving kids, organizing class parties.... this list could go on forever and is a small part of what we do.
Taking care of a your family is a huge responsibility, but when do you take the time to care for yourself? Are you overdue for your annual check-up? How long has it been since you have been to the dentist? When was your last mammogram? If you are anything like me, you tend to take care of everyone else before finding time for yourself. Take a few minutes and get those appointments scheduled, and while you're at it try to fit in a pedicure or a massage!
