Join Mountain Resource Center in their early childhood classroom for 6 classes on Wednesdays from January 25th through March 1st. This class is geared for parents and their children ages 18 months to 5 years old. Participants will engage in activities that make healthy choices fun and easy to include in everyday routines. Tots will participate in arts and crafts, listen to stories and move along with music, all of which teach the importance of making good choices when it comes to health, nutrition, physical activity and sleep.
