The Platte Canyon Huskies would like to invite you to their first home game of the season where they will be honoring their late coach Nate Carrigan. The community is invited to the game where they will be hosting Middle Park High School from Granby, CO. The Celebration will begin with the first pitch being thrown by a member of the Carrigan family, and will continue with a community barbecue immediately following the Varsity Game.

The barbecue will treat the players of both teams, their families, the Carrigan family and the community to hot dogs, chips, a small dessert and a beverage. Additional food items can be purchased at the Platte Canyon Little League Concession stand during the games.

We hope you join the Huskies in this celebration on Thursday, April 14th at Burland Ball Field on Co Rd 72 in Bailey (click here for map and directions). The Varsity game begins at 3:30pm and JV at 5:30pm. Don't forget to wear your team colors of Blue and Black! You may want to bring a blanket or chairs as there is limited bleachers/seating available at Burland. Arranging to carpool may also be a good idea, as parking is also limited.

If you'd like to make a donation of food for the event or help out in any way, please contact Julied@macaronikid.com.
